It has big and bright rooms with a microwave, central heating, and coffee/tea making machines. The staff are amicable people.

The booked room was big with big balcony. A work desk, multi-channel television, and a dining area were there too. The location offered was great just next door to are less aware of the property, the largest park in Vitoria Gateiz and Mirador over the road.

The apartment was super cool and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy and the Wi-Fi was on point. Plus, it was close to Aldi and McD, so we always had our snack game strong. And the staff was super chill and helped us out when we were running late. a dope place for a chill time with friends.

The only thing we wished for was a bit more party vibes. It was a cool place to hang out and crash, but we would've loved some more fun activities for young people like us.

Great location for a restful stay before catching the ferry the next day. Easy to find and park. Clean and secure apartment with a helpful cot provided for our 2-year-old. The kitchenette area was well-equipped and even had a washing machine. Fantastic for families with kids.

I had a nice experience here, everything was really good, the location was excellent close to the center, old town, and the suburb of Betoño-. Had well-equipped room complete with large bathroom, washing machine, for example. A microwave, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator were provided. The staff was affable and helpful - I would stay here again...

This is my favorite place to stay in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and amazing, just a short distance from downtown and a 10-minute walk from an indoor arena. There's a bar/restaurant nearby, a beautiful viewpoint across the road, and it's close to an industrial area and the suburban area.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony. The apartment was located in a peaceful suburb, which was great for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The nearby nature area provided lovely walks in the evening or early morning.

The WiFi reception was poor and kept dropping, which was quite frustrating. having to input the code and password each time was a bit of a hassle.
